Bob Borchard: As the Editor/Publisher, and whose idea sparked the creation of the Yosemite Gold Country network, I spent over 30-years as a professional (small city and rural county) land use planner. My job entailed building community awareness of planning problems and formulating politically acceptable solutions. My resume reflects my success. This success was largely based on my ability to communicate and in recent years I’ve adapted that skill to social media, and I’ve developed some skills in the use of video. Historically, I used “personal presentation” as my main communication tool, a skill that I’m learning how to adapt to multimedia Internet productions.
